Why link HR software to time and attendance?
Because most HR questions involve working time: the end of a fixed-term contract, an annual review, an employee’s departure.
In TEMPO, everything starts from the same employee record: site, department, manager, schedule and punches. A change carries through everywhere, without retyping between Excel and several tools.
Which modules make up the TEMPO HRIS?
Each module is switched on as you need it.

Questions fréquentes
Which HR software should you choose in Morocco?
Choose software that handles Moroccan labour law (leave, public holidays, overtime), works in French, protects personal data under law 09-08 and links to time and attendance. The TEMPO HRIS brings employee records, contracts, leave, time and attendance and payroll preparation together in one tool.
What is an HRIS?
An HRIS, or human resources information system, is the software that centralizes HR data and processes: employee records, contracts, working time, leave, training, reviews, payroll. TEMPO is an HRIS for companies in Morocco, each of whose modules is switched on as you need it.
Can you import employees from Excel?
Yes. TEMPO imports the employee list from an Excel template and flags each rejected row with its reason, for example an unknown manager. Existing contracts can also be imported from Excel, and the employee list exports the same way, without sensitive data by default.
Does the HR software handle several companies and sites?
Yes. A single TEMPO workspace can group several companies, with their sites, departments and job titles. Lists, the org chart and reports filter by company, site or department, and each manager only sees their own teams or sites.
