How does the assistant work?
- 1
You ask your question
In French, from the “Assistant” bubble at the top of every screen.
- 2
It queries your data
Punches, calculated days, leave, absences and help articles, within the limits of your permissions.
- 3
It answers with links
Each answer leads to the screen or article with the details.
Does your data stay protected?
Your permissions, nothing more
A site manager sees only their site, as everywhere else in TEMPO.
Names masked
Employee names are replaced with codes before being sent to the AI.
One workspace per company
The assistant reads only your company’s data.
Recorded in the log
Every question is recorded in the activity log.
Why an AI assistant in an HRIS?
Because most everyday HR questions already have their answer in the software, provided you know where to look. The assistant takes that path for you: fewer clicks, fewer reports to cross-check, and new users get to grips with the tool faster. Our guide to AI assistants in an HRIS details the gains measured by studies.
Questions fréquentes
What can the TEMPO AI assistant do?
It answers your questions about your teams’ attendance, late arrivals, absences and leave, by day, by employee or by period, and it guides you through the application by finding the right screen or help article. Each answer contains links to the screens concerned.
Does the assistant see every employee’s data?
No. It reads only what the user asking the question is allowed to see: a team leader gets their team’s figures, management those of the whole company. Employee names are replaced with codes before anything is sent to the AI.
Do you need to know how to write queries?
No. You write as you would talk to a colleague, for example “who was late most often last week?”. The assistant chooses which data to look up on its own and suggests example questions to get you started.
