Why track your fleet in software?
Because a missed due date is expensive: expired insurance takes a truck off the road, an overdue roadworthiness test means a fine.
TEMPO brings vehicles, documents, repairs and missions together with your staff, and finally tells you what each vehicle really costs.
What does the Vehicles module manage?
Vehicle record
Registration, make, fuel, consumption, photo and registration card.
Assigned driver
Chosen from employees flagged as Driver.
Documents and due dates
Insurance, road tax and roadworthiness test, with days remaining.
Automatic reminders
A reminder 30 days before, 7 days before and on expiry.
Repairs
Date, garage, line items and total to the centime.
Cost per vehicle
Repairs, documents and fuel over the chosen period.
How do you stop missing an insurance or roadworthiness test due date?
The Documents list shows the days remaining or overdue for each insurance, road tax and roadworthiness test. TEMPO alerts fleet managers 30 days before, 7 days before and on expiry, once per threshold: no daily reminder that ends up ignored.

Questions fréquentes
Which software should you use to manage a company fleet in Morocco?
TEMPO includes a Vehicles module: a record for each vehicle with its driver, tracking of insurance, road tax and roadworthiness tests with reminders 30 days before, 7 days before and on expiry, repairs and cost per vehicle. It shares staff and mission order data, with no second program to keep fed.
How do you get alerted before a vehicle’s insurance expires?
Enter the insurance with its due date in the vehicle’s documents. TEMPO sends fleet managers a summary 30 days and then 7 days before, and a last time if the document has expired. Each threshold is flagged only once, so reminders keep being read.
Can you import the vehicle list from Excel?
Yes. The Excel template covers registration, chassis number, make, type, fuel, driver, costs and consumption. An unknown make, a duplicate registration or a badly written date is flagged on its row before anything is imported.
How do you find the total cost of a company vehicle?
The Costs screen adds up, over the chosen period, repairs, paid insurance, road tax and roadworthiness tests, plus estimated fuel from closed mission orders. The result is shown per vehicle with the fleet total, and exports for the finance department.
