What is a mission order and why manage it online?
The mission order says who is traveling, when, where, with which vehicle and for what purpose; it also justifies the travel expenses.
Online, you know it has been approved, you compare estimated with actual costs and you know the cost of travel by site.
What does a mission order contain in TEMPO?
Mission days
Date, distance, sites and purpose of each day.
Estimated costs
Accommodation, meals and fuel calculated before departure.
Vehicle
A fleet vehicle, with an alert if it is already booked elsewhere.
Mission types
Delivery, site work, customer visit, audit…, allowed per employee.
Verifiable PDF
A QR code shows the order’s current status.
Statistics
Mission days and costs by month, type and site.
How are travel costs estimated?
Fuel = distance × vehicle consumption × the price per liter you enter. Example: 480 km at 8 L/100 km with diesel at 11.50 DH gives 441.60 DH. Accommodation and meals are added, and the total is shown before the order is sent for approval.
How does a mission order run, from request to closing?
- 1
Request
The employee requests their order, or a manager issues it for them.
- 2
Approval
The order follows the workflow you have configured.
- 3
Departure
The order is printed with signatures and QR code.
- 4
Actual costs
Cash advanced and expense claims are attached to the order.
- 5
Closing
TEMPO freezes the summary and shows the amount to return or to reimburse.
How do you check that a mission order is genuine?
By scanning its QR code, which shows the company, the employee, the dates and the order’s current status. An order canceled after printing shows as such.
How do you reconcile estimated and actual costs?
Attach the cash advanced and the employee’s expense claims to the order: the record shows to return, to reimburse or settled. Fuel also feeds the per-vehicle cost in fleet management.
Modules that work with missions
Together, they cover business travel end to end.
- Expenses and petty cash Expense reports with receipts, limits by job, approval, petty cash and employee balances in DH: how TEMPO manages them.
- Fleet management Company vehicles, drivers, insurance and roadworthiness test due dates, repairs and cost per vehicle in TEMPO.
- Construction sites Clock in site workers without a fixed time clock: phone with GPS and perimeter, selfie, offline sending, outdoor time clocks.
- Multi-site attendance Centralize attendance across several sites, branches or companies in Morocco: time clocks linked online, managers per site, shared payroll.
Questions fréquentes
How do you create a mission order online in Morocco?
In TEMPO, you choose the employee and mission type, add one or more days (date, sites, places, kilometers, purpose) and, if needed, a vehicle. Estimated costs are calculated immediately. The order goes for approval, then prints as a PDF with the approvals, signatures and a verification QR code.
How do you calculate fuel costs for a mission?
TEMPO multiplies the planned distance by the vehicle’s consumption (L/100 km) and by the price per liter on the first day of the mission, taken from the fuel price list you maintain. For example, 480 km at 8 L/100 km with a liter entered at 11.50 DH gives 441.60 DH.
Can a printed mission order be forged?
Each printed order carries a QR code that opens a verification page showing its current status: approved, rejected or canceled. An order altered by hand or canceled after printing is therefore spotted in seconds. The administrator can also revoke the code of a lost copy.
How do you know what an employee must return after a mission?
By attaching the cash advances and the employee’s expense claims to the order, with the Expenses and petty cash module. The order record compares the two approved amounts and shows the amount to return or to reimburse; closing freezes this summary.
