What technical data is recorded?
With each request sent, the website attaches the date and time of receipt, the IP address and the browser identification (its name and version, as it reports them). This information is used to spot automated submissions and abuse.
A technical log keeps, for each accepted request, the company name, the employee and site ranges, an irreversible hash of the email address (not the address itself), the IP address and the browser identification. A request rejected as an automated submission leaves only its reason, the IP address and the browser. This log is kept for one year at most.
The form also contains a hidden field and a timestamped token that detect bots; they contain no data about you.
Why is this data collected?
For a single purpose: to answer your request (contact you back, arrange the demo, prepare a quote) and, if you become a customer, to manage the business relationship. It is never sold, rented or used for third-party advertising.
The processing is based on your consent, given by sending the form, and on the pre-contractual measures you request (demo, quote).
Who receives your data?
The request is sent by email to the ALINEA CONSULTING team, its only recipient. Its messages go through a technical email delivery provider. No data is passed to business partners.
How long is your data kept?
Request data is kept only as long as needed to handle it and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship. The website does not store it in a database: it is sent by email, after a short stay in the sending queue. A submission that fails repeatedly stays there, encrypted, until it is retried or deleted. The technical log described above is kept for one year at most.
What are your rights and how do you exercise them?
Law 09-08 gives you a right of access to your data, a right of rectification and a right to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing; you can also object to any marketing.
To exercise them, write to ALINEA CONSULTING by post at the head office address above, or through the demo request form, stating your request in the message. Proof of identity may be requested.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can refer the matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.

Does the TEMPO website set cookies?
No. The public website sets no cookies, whether session, analytics or advertising. Only your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, under the name tempo.theme. It stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
What happens to my demo request?

How do I have my data deleted or corrected?
