What does the HR dashboard show?
It opens at login and filters by site and date. Everyone only sees their own figures: a store manager sees their store, management sees everything. At the start, a “Get started” list guides you through setup step by step.
Which HR cards and indicators?
To do
Requests to approve, anomalies, medical checkups and contracts to watch.
Today
Attendance rate, late arrivals, leave and employees with no punch.
Headcount
Hires, leavers and staff turnover over 12 months.
Month’s time and payroll
Absenteeism, overtime and leave days for the month.
How is absenteeism calculated?
It comes straight from the days in time management, with no separate entry: a scheduled day with no punch and no justification counts as an absence. The card gives the month’s rate, the change from the previous month and a 12-month trend.
Which detailed tracking panels?
Open anomalies
Their number by type, with a link to the anomalies inbox.
Overall punch tracking
Each employee’s punches for the chosen day.
Late arrivals and missing punches
The day’s late arrivals and missing punches, exportable.
Period tracking by site
Hours worked and cost per site over a period.

Questions fréquentes
Which HR indicators should a dashboard track?
For a multi-site company in Morocco, the most useful day to day are today’s attendance rate, late arrivals, missing punches and pending requests. Over the month: absenteeism, paid overtime, leave days, hires, leavers and staff turnover. The TEMPO dashboard shows these indicators, filtered by site.
How does TEMPO calculate the absenteeism rate?
From the calculated days: a scheduled day with no punch, no leave, no justified absence and no public holiday counts as an absence. The month’s card shows the rate, its change from the previous month and the trend over 12 months, with no extra data entry on your part.
Can attendance reports be exported to Excel?
Yes. Daily, weekly, period and access control reports, as well as the payroll activity statement, export to Excel, CSV or PDF with the filters shown on screen: dates, site, department, company or employee.
Does every manager see every site?
No. Every card and report respects the user’s permissions and scope: a site manager only sees their site, a department manager their department. The dashboard’s site filter only offers the sites they are allowed to see.
