Why centralize attendance across several sites?
With one time clock software per branch, head office sees nothing until month end: each site exports its file, rules differ, and an absence is discovered once payroll has gone out.
Centralized online time and attendance fixes this: all time clocks send to the same place, the calculation is the same everywhere, and everyone sees what concerns them the same day.
How do each site’s time clocks report to head office?
With no server or computer in the branches: ZKTeco and Hikvision time clocks are linked directly to the TEMPO servers, and a time clock cut off from the internet sends its punches when it comes back.
The site list shows the date of each site’s last punch: a silent branch stands out immediately. See time clock compatibility and installation.
What can be set site by site?
Attendance policy
Tolerances, thresholds and overtime rates per site, department or employee.
Public holidays
For all sites or only some.
Ramadan hours
A Ramadan schedule specific to each site.
Perimeter and selfie
The GPS perimeter for phone clocking, with or without a selfie.
Time zone
Africa/Casablanca by default, another for a site abroad.
Company
Each site belongs to a company, with its ICE, RC, IF and CNSS number.
Who sees what in a multi-site organization?
Each user gets a role and a data scope: a branch manager sees their branch, a regional manager their branches, head office HR the whole company. See HR software Morocco.
Every morning, each manager receives the attendance report for their scope by email, and sensitive changes are recorded in the activity log.
How do you compare sites with each other?
The HR dashboard adds up, site by site, headcount, hours worked and their cost. Reports can be filtered by company, site and department.
For payroll, the activity statement brings together the hours, leave and absences of all sites, exportable to your payroll software. See payroll preparation.

How do you centralize attendance for several branches?
With TEMPO, each branch’s time clocks send their punches to the same servers, with no computer on site. The calculation is identical everywhere, head office sees the whole network the same day, and each branch manager sees only their site. Sites without a time clock clock in by phone, with a GPS perimeter.
Can each site have its own attendance rules?
Yes. An attendance policy (calculation mode, tolerances, overtime threshold and rates) is assigned to a site, a department or an employee, from the most specific to the most general. Public holidays, Ramadan hours, the GPS perimeter, the selfie and the time zone are also set per site.
Can you manage several companies in the same account?
Yes. TEMPO manages several companies, each with its company name, ICE, RC, IF, CNSS number and sites. Attendance reports can be filtered by company and site, and a company can have its own payroll period, exported to your payroll software.
