Yes. It is the Hikvision model we have actually connected to TEMPO: live punches, employee enrollment with photo, card and fingerprint, and clock sync.
Do I need to open a port on the site’s router?
Not for punches: the terminal sends them to TEMPO over the internet itself. For remote enrollment, we give you the settings at installation.
Can it record punches without a network?
Yes. The terminal keeps up to 150,000 events in memory, and TEMPO collects the punches when the network comes back.
