- 1,000 users and 1,000 fingerprints
- 100,000 events in memory
- Punch export to a USB stick
- 5 V power, small footprint
The DS-K1A8503EF is Hikvision’s simplest fingerprint time clock: a 2.4-inch screen, 1,000 fingerprints and 1,000 cards, with no camera or door control. It targets small businesses that want to replace a paper sign-in sheet with reliable time and attendance.
Once on the network, its punches feed straight into the timesheets and anomalies of TEMPO, with no file to re-key.

Questions fréquentes
Does the DS-K1A8503EF work without software?
Yes, with punches exported to a USB stick. With TEMPO, that export goes away: punches arrive over the network and are calculated against the schedule.
Which cards does it read?
The DS-K1A8503EF version reads EM cards, from 0 to 3.5 cm according to the Hikvision datasheet. The DS-K1A8503MF-B version reads Mifare (M1) cards and takes a lithium battery.
How many employees can it handle?
Hikvision states 1,000 users, 1,000 fingerprints and 1,000 cards, with 100,000 events in memory.
